Kathy Chaney, Partner at Lambdin & Chaney, LLP
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Kathy Chaney was an insurance adjuster for seven years, handling a wide variety of claims in both personal and commercial lines. She has more than a decade of litigation experience handling hundreds of cases involving auto liability, wrongful death, products liability, professional malpractice, premises liability, carbon monoxide cases, employer liability, bad faith, and construction defect. Kathy Chaney has been speaking at Colorado Claims Association Seminars for years and she is scheduled to speak again this year. Kathy will cover materials that are different in this seminar than what she is planning for the upcoming CCA seminar.

Dr. David Lipson is a professional hydrogeologist specializing in groundwater and surface-water hydrology, hydrologic engineering, water resources, environmental engineering, and geochemistry.
