Mr. Gad graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010. While in law school, he served as a staff editor on the Transportation Law Journal, a student attorney in the Mediation and Arbitration Clinic, and a teaching assistant for first-year contracts students. He was also active in mock trial. Subsequent to law school, Mr. Gad clerked in the 18th Judicial District, first as the death penalty law clerk and then in a civil docket with the Honorable J. Mark Hannen. Subsequent to clerking, Max has practiced in the area of insurance defense where his practice areas have included construction defect, first and third-party insurance claims, and general civil litigation. Max is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Colorado.
