Save the date! Friday June 14th, 2019 is reserved for Lambdin & Chaney 3rd Annual CLE Seminar.  Our past seminars were very successful with great feedback from our attendees.  Colorado and Wyoming CLE credits will be given out, including one ethics credit.

Kathy Chaney, Partner at Lambdin & Chaney, LLP

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Kathy Chaney was an insurance adjuster for seven years, handling a wide variety of claims in both personal and commercial lines. She has more than 20 years of litigation experience handling hundreds of cases involving auto liability, wrongful death, products liability, professional malpractice, premises liability, carbon monoxide cases, employer liability, bad faith, and construction defect.  Kathy Chaney has been speaking at Colorado Claims Association Seminars for years and she is scheduled to speak again this year.  Kathy will cover materials that are different in this seminar than what she is planning for the upcoming CCA seminar.

Colorado statute 10-4-419 requires every person engaged in the sale, consultation or adjustment of a claims-made policy to be trained and certified.  Kathy Chaney is certified by the Colorado Division of Insurance to provide the required training.  Please contact her Legal Assistant Alexis Tormey to schedule a training session for your claims adjusters.
